Fee Schedule
Fees are kept simple at The Process Room.
FREE 20-minute Consultation*
To gain confidence in hypnotherapy or to explore your therapy options at The Process Room, the first 20 minutes of the Initial Consultation is provided free-of-charge. Put simply, you’ve no further obligation if it’s not right for you.
Initial Consultation $250
(90 - 120 minutes duration)
Follow-up Consultation $200
(60 minutes duration)
Follow-up Package* $500
(3 x 60-minute sessions)
A follow-up package of three sessions*, when purchased in full (after your initial consultation), provides for further exploration of your hypnotherapy process and enhanced treatment results.

Consultation options at The Process Room are:
Virtual
A flexible and effective method of consultation with The Process Room using real-time video or voice calls.
In-Person
Private and confidential consultations in your own space when Virtual visits to The Process Room are not possible. Travel limits apply.
Appointments
Consultations are by appointment only.

Prices and payments are in Australian Dollars. Important Booking Conditions: 1. Pre-Payment is required for all Bookings. Payment must be made in full at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. The Process Room accepts payment by PayId, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Debit and Eftpos. 2. *Follow-Up Package: Your three sessions will be scheduled weekly in advance for three consecutive weeks, however, any sessions missed without adequate cancellation notice may not be rescheduled or refunded. 3. Changes or Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to your booking are possible if requested within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
